This disc has all of the essential Albert Collins classics. Albert Collins’s debut, ‘Frozen Alive’, does not fit easily into one genre. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Albert Collins energies, virtually a rebirth. It is very deep stuff - very exciting
This song stands out greatly from the others. I Got That Feeling has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Caldonia is really a nice song to relax and listen too. I was truly moved when I heard Things I Used To Do. I can’t stop humming along Got A Mind To Travel. Cold Cuts is the funkiest number on the album.
