This disc has all of the essential Bad Religion classics. This thirteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Bad Religion has. When you buy a Bad Religion album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Were Only Gonna Die and Part 3 is really good.
Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. I’ve found myself listening to It’s Only Over When… back to back and back many times. Latch Key Kids is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. In The Dichotomy it becomes nowhere more obvious that Bad Religion has yet to define own style. Fuck Armageddon… This Is Hell is the funkiest number on the album. Bad Religion allows each song to breathe and flourish. In Slaves the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Johnny B. Goode because the melody in the chorus is so good. Rock ‘n’ Roll I just LOVE this mix! Bad Religion is hitting on all cylinders in Louie, Louie.
