After seeing Heartbreaker, I had to have a good B.B.King cd. This is the first studio album from B.B.King since bad diagnosis in 1968. There were many famous songs of B.B.King available. Exciting stuff.
Losing Faith In You is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. Dance With Me - A catchy, upbeat tune. B.B.King breathes new life into the music in That’s Wrong Little Mama. This song is dynamic and dramatic. The sound in I’m Not Wanted Anymore is really warm and B.B.King’s signature voice is still very much present. Although Worried Dream is very melodic it is far from sad. Simple and heartfelt closing track Paying The Cost To Be The Boss closes Blues On Top Of Blues on a high note. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Strong, powerful vocals of B.B.King in I’m Gonna Do What They Do To M are very impressive. Raining In My Heart rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Now That You’ve Lost Me the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe.
