Shady Lane Blues is worth the money. Rosalee is a strong cut, one of many. Over Hauling Blues is amazing work of Big Joe Williams. My Own Boogie is one of my favorite songs by Big Joe Williams. Big Joe Williams is one of artists that allow his songs like Mama Don’t Allow Me to stand on their own and be heard. Juanita is beautiful, yet underrated track. Friends and Pals is the albums biggest surprise. Once you hear Everybody’s Fishing, you will listen to it over and over. One listen to the sheer beauty of Dirty Disposition was all I needed. Delta Blues is another strong production from Big Joe Williams. Bull Dog Blues is so unique, as each one of the songs is. 74 Blues presents the cool mix of instruments on Delta Blues. Bad Heart Blues - I just love it. 21 Minutes To Nine sets the tone for the entire album. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Big Joe Williams.
