Since completing 1983’s ‘Symphony No. 3 in F major, Op. 90 - 4. Allegro’, Brahms, Johannes fulfilled their contract with Blue Note Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Brahms, Johannes was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Brahms, Johannes and Symphonie No. 3 together. Symphonie No. 3 carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Great Classical right here!
Symphony No. 3 in F major, Op. 90 - 3. Poco Allegretto is a fine track on any terms. Symphony No. 3 in F major, Op. 90 - 2. Andante is a very catchy tune. Symphony No. 3 in F major, Op. 90 - 1. Allegro con brio is a gorgeous sing-along.
