There is no doubt that Brian Eno has talent. Music For Films II is an amazing album, racked with beauty.This album has some very good songs like Always Returning II and Approaching Taidu. Another great offering from Brian Eno.
Strong, powerful vocals of Brian Eno in Approaching Taidu are very impressive. Brian Eno sings his heart out in Under Stars. After about the third Drift Study listen through, I began to believe this song is Brian Eno’s essence. Put Signals into car stereo for your highway driving Always Returning I is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. An Ending gets you up and jumping. Secret Place, The rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Climate Study is probably one of Brian Eno’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. A unique and uplifting song. Roman Twilight has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. In Malta it becomes nowhere more obvious that Brian Eno has yet to define own style. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing.
