Buddy Guy had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Stone Crazy is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Lead single “I Smell A Rat” and “Are You Losing Your Mind” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. Stone Crazy constantly brilliant.
Are You Losing Your Mind as a highlight of Stone Crazy contains a ton of cool melodies. I think You’ve Been Gone Too Long is the best song Buddy Guy has ever done. She’s Out There Somewhere is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Outskirts Of Town to me is the best you can get from Buddy Guy. This song stands out greatly from the others.
