This eleven-song debut EP shows the promise that Carlos Alomar has. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Carlos Alomar energies, virtually a rebirth. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Carlos Alomar’s album Dream Generator falls to No. 2 with 109,000, a sales slide of 67%. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Carlos Alomar ever.
Carlos Alomar must have run out of lyrics on the next track Siamese Dreams. In Global Alpha 9 full palet of sound is used by Carlos Alomar to accentuate the presentation. This song may be the most meaningful. Sleepwalker is the perfect blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Insomniac - I just love it. After you’ve listened to Dream Generator, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. R,E.M. on Dream Generator is solid and easy to listen to. ZZZ is the first taste of the new album. Feline Lullaby is one of the more up-tempo songs on Dream Generator.
