Chic’s debut, ‘C’est Chic’, does not fit easily into one genre. When you buy a Chic album, you know exactly what you’re getting! There is no doubt that Chic has talent. C’est Chic is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
Le Freak gets you up and jumping. The first time I listened to Savoir Faire I was struck by its excellent sound. Happy Man is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. At Last I Am Free - A nice song. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Charming song, great melody.
