Chic was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Chic and Real People together. On the Malta charts, superstar Chic’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Chic had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This album is in perfect progression from Chic!
Real People rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. I Loved You More has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Only one song from Real People named I Got Protection really got me. One listen to the sheer beauty of Rebels Are We was all I needed. Chip Off The Old Block is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Real People have ended. 26 is one of my favorite songs by Chic. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song.
