After debuting at No. 1 last week, Chico Buarque’s album Chico Buarque de Hollanda falls to No. 2 with 477,000, a sales slide of 52%. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Chico Buarque. Chico Buarque had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This is my first Chico Buarque Album and i must say i am blown away.
Tem mais samba is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Only one song from Chico Buarque de Hollanda named A Rita really got me. Ela Sua Janela - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Some call Madalena Foi Pro Mar from Chico Buarque de Hollanda as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Pedro Pedreiro - another great track from the Chico Buarque de Hollanda album. I think Aman, Ningum Sabe is the best song Chico Buarque has ever done. Voc: No Ouviu is a very catchy tune. Juca is the funkiest number on the album. O Ol is another favourite of mine. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Sonho De Um Carnaval is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses.
