Self-described as Latin with lots of words, Chico Buarque comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. two years ago, Chico Buarque briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Mar E Lua”. Mar E Lua is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. Voice of Chico Buarque in Deixe A Menina is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Ja Passou is a very catchy tune. Bastidores is absolutely incredible. In Qualquer Cancao Chico Buarque spins a tale you want to hear to the end. I like Fantasia because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Such hits like Eu Te Amo will leave you hooked. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Morena De Angola one is one of the better boring ones. Once Bye Bye Brasil gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Nao Sonho Mais is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo.
