Romeo et Juliette carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Classical - Various Artists’s album Romeo et Juliette falls to No. 2 with 962,000, a sales slide of 99%. There were many famous songs of Classical - Various Artists available. If I may, I suggest “Console-toi, pauvre ame (Romeo, Juliette)”. That one song is amazing!
Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Romeo et Juliette is A toi, ma Juliette! (Romeo, Juliette). In C’est la!… Salut! tombeau! sombre et silencieux! (Romeo) full palet of sound is used by Classical - Various Artists to accentuate the presentation. ACT V. Le Sommeil de Juliette (Orchestre) hits the heart. Scene 2: Ma fille, cede aux voeux du fiance (Capulet, Juliette, Gertrude…) which is my favorite is a truly Classical - Various Artists sounding song. Buvez done ce breuvage (Frere Laurent, Juliette) - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Excellent vocals and musical performances. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Romeo et Juliette. I find myself hearing bits of Juliette!… Ah! le ciel soit loue (Gertrude, Juliette, Capulet) here and there throughout my waking hours. Romeo! qu’as-tu donc (Juliette, Romeo) is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. One listen to the sheer beauty of ACT IV. Scene 1: Va! je t’ai pardonne, Tybalt voulait ta mort (Juliette, Romeo) was all I needed. Le Duc! Le Duc! (Choeur, Capulet, Romeo…) - This is a very lively song. Il meurt!… Reviens a toi!… O jour de deuil! (Choeur, Capulet, Stephano…) - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. Some of the arrangements found on Romeo et Juliette are surprisingly edgy. Allons!… tu ne me connais pas, Tybalt (Romeo, Tybalt, Mercutio…) - A nice song. Lyrics of Ah! ah! voici nos gens! (Stephano, Gregorio, Choeur…) are precise and evocative. In Que fais-tu, blanche tourterelle (Stephano) the music gets its power. This song is dynamic and dramatic. Dieu que fis I’homme a ton image! (Frere Laurent, Juliette…) is probably one of Classical - Various Artists’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. What sets Mon pere! Dieu vous garde! (Romeo, Frere Laurent, Juliette) apart is Classical - Various Artists’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. ACT III. Scene 1: Entracte (Orchestre) is pretty funky and mellow. Such hits like O nuit divine! Je t’emplore (Romeo, Juliette) will leave you hooked. De qui parlez-vous donc? (Gertrude, Gregorio, Choeur…) good vocals. Ecoute!… on vient! (Juliette, Choeur) - This one is lively and fun. Helas! moi, le hair! (Juliette, Romeo) - A classic Classical - Various Artists track. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. ACT II. O nuit! sous tes ailes obscures abrite-moi! (Romeo, Mercutio, Choeur) is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Quelqu’un!… C’est mon cousin Tybalt (Romeo, Juliette, Tybalt…) is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Ange adorable, ma main coupable (Romeo, Juliette) is the first taste of the new album. Le nom de cette belle enfant? (Romeo, Gertrude, Juliette) motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Je veux vivre dans ce reve (Juliette) sets the tone for the entire album. Once Voyons, nourrice, on m’attend! parle vite! (Juliette, Gertrude) gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Enfin la place est libre, amis! (Mercutio, Romeo, Choeur) - A catchy, upbeat tune. Allons! jeunes gens! Allons! belles dames! (Capulet, Choeur) is one of the coolest songs Classical - Various Artists has ever recorded. In Ah! qu’elle est belle! (Choeur, Juliette) the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Eh bien! cher Paris (Tybalt, Paris, Capulet) is a strong cut, one of many. Classical - Various Artists sings his heart out in ACT I. L’heure s’envole (Choeur). The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. Ouverture (Orchestre) is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart.
