On the USA charts, superstar Classical - Various Artists’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. This album has some very good songs like Concerto for Horn and Orch. #3 (Barry Tuckwell, horn, Orch.) and Concerto for Violin and Orch. #3 (Christian ferras, violin. Orch). Symphonic Orch. (Peter Maag) - Best Of Mozart isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. If you love Classical - Various Artists as much as I do, then Classical - Various Artists Symphonic Orch. (Peter Maag) - Best Of Mozart is the CD for you!
Although Concerto for Violin and Orch. #3 (Christian ferras, violin. Orch) is very melodic it is far from sad. Serenade #13 (Israel Philharmonic Orchestra) has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. I think Concerto for Piano and Orch. #21 (Radu Lupu, piano, Orchestra) is the best song Classical - Various Artists has ever done. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Symphony #41 (Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra) - A classic Classical - Various Artists track. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. In “Requiem” Mass #19 (Vienna State Opera) full palet of sound is used by Classical - Various Artists to accentuate the presentation. Concerto for Flute, Harp, Orch (Werner Tripp, horn, Orchesrta) is one of the coolest songs Classical - Various Artists has ever recorded. Sonata for Piano #11 (Wilhelm Backhaus, piano) is the albums biggest surprise.
