This album has some very good songs like People Are People and In Your Memory. Thom Yorke has compared writing for Depeche Mode’s new album to that on ‘People Are People’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. People Are People isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Enjoy the show.
This track is just fantastic from start to finish. In People Are People (different Mix) it becomes nowhere more obvious that Depeche Mode has yet to define own style. Depeche Mode allows each song to breathe and flourish.
