John Digester has compared writing for Depeche Mode’s new album to that on ‘Singles Box 2 (Blasphemous rumors)’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. It is very deep stuff - very exciting
Within the first few notes of Told You So (Live) it’s perfectly clear that Depeche Mode is living this song. Somebody (Remix) - I like this one. Lyrics of Everything Counts (Live) are precise and evocative.
