Deuter had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. It’s natural for Deuter to take a stab at ‘Gratitude’ considering her long-professed love for 2 Unlimited. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Deuter energies, virtually a rebirth. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Call of the Unknown is astounding work of Deuter. My Best Friend Is a Buddha which is my favorite is a truly Deuter sounding song. Aus Der Stille - I like this one. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is As Far as the Ear Can Listen because the melody in the chorus is so good. Song of the Heart is one of my favorite songs by Deuter. Dawn - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. I take a Rest is the more seemingly obscure song on Silence is the Answer - CD 2 that bear up best to repeated listening. Ananda Nada is the albums biggest surprise.
