Disco Band (Scotch) and The Heart of the City (Chris Luis) is really good.
The Heart of the City (Chris Luis) is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Disco - Various Artists. Primavera (Stop Bajon) (Tulio de Piscopo) is a bit of a show-tune. After you’ve listened to Sexy Movie (Flexy Cowboys), most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Polaris (Cyber People) is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. When listening to Call me Mr.Telephone (Answering Service), it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Sex Tonight (Brain Martin) had me crying as I was able to relate so well. No Disco - Various Artists song has come close to capturing my attention as How old are you ? (Miko Mission) did. After about the third King of The Ghetto (Dust Man) listen through, I began to believe this song is Disco - Various Artists’s essence. Voice of Disco - Various Artists in Don’t Cry Tonight (Savage) is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. In Frogs in Spain (Fake) you won’t find any flashy solos. Florida (Move Your Feet) (Paul Sharada) - This is a very lively song. The Night (Valerie Dore) I just LOVE this mix! Happy World (Ranko) - This one is lively and fun. Hey hey Guy (Ken Laszlo) is excellent song though, very addictive. I like the agression and power of Satisfaction, Love & Passion (Duke Lake). If you are a Disco - Various Artists fan, you will love Penguin’s Invasion (Scotch).
