Eddie Jobson had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This album has some very good songs like Transporter and Resident. Zinc carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Zinc is the best essence of Eddie Jobson.
Resident is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. I like Easy For You To Say because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Eddie Jobson emotions are reflected through Prelude. Nostalgia - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Eddie Jobson breathes new life into the music in Walking From Pastel. It’s such an underrated song. Green Face without a doubt is the standout song of Zinc. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Colour Code is one of the more up-tempo songs on Zinc. First time I heard Listen To Reason was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Through The Glass - Eddie Jobson first major hit. Although Transporter I is very melodic it is far from sad.
