There is so much to love about Edgar Froese, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Edgar Froese’s debut, ‘Ages’, does not fit easily into one genre. fifteen years ago, Edgar Froese briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Era Of The Slaves”. Era Of The Slaves - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Edgar Froese. Tropic Of Capricorn is probably the highlight of the album. Nights Of Automatic Women stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. This song may be the most meaningful. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Golgatha and The Circle Closes is a song to enjoy for years to come.
