Elvis Presley’s debut, ‘G.I. Blues (Collector’s Edition)’, does not fit easily into one genre. While no new Elvis Presley album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1960 tour in South America. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Elvis Presley’s album G.I. Blues (Collector’s Edition) falls to No. 2 with 163,000, a sales slide of 70%. Such great and happy songs.
What’s She Really Like - I just love it. Frankfort Special is perfect song though, very addictive. Wooden Heart - A nice song. Song G.I. Blues is actually a funny song. Best song on the album, love it. Shoppin’ Around is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. Big Boots is a bit of a show-tune. I think Didja Ever is the best song Elvis Presley has ever done. Blue Suede Shoes has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. After about the third Doin’ The Best I Can listen through, I began to believe this song is Elvis Presley’s essence. Tonight’s All Right For Love - Check out that bassline! Big Boots (fast Version) can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Elvis Presley is all about. Shoppin’ Around (Alternate Take 11) - This is a very lively song. Frankfort Special (fast Version - Take 2) is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Pocketful Of Rainbows (Alternate Take 2) catches attention immediately, You can find feelings on this piece of art. Big Boots (Acoustic Version) is the song that really did it for me. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Doin’ The Best I Can (Alternate Take 9) makes a person feel exquisite.
