It has been five years Glenn Miller’ last studio CD, “The Glenn Miller Story” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. IT makes me wanna dance!
This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Little Brown Jug - I just love it. St. Louis Blues March defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. A great put together song. In The Mood - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. Astring Of Pearls - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. When listening to Pennsylvania 6-5000, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. American Patrol still maintains something of a specific flourish. This track is full of harmonies and gets The Glenn Miller Story off to a relaxing start.
