This track is just fantastic from start to finish. First time I heard Chor mit Sopransolo: (Gabriel) Mit Staunen sieht das Wunderwerk (Allegro) was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Rezitativ: (Raphael) Und Gott sprach: Es sammle sich das Wasser (Walter Berry - bass, Berliner Philharmoniker con. Herbert von Karajan) is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Haydn, Franz Joseph released so far. Still going through Die Schoepfung. Der Erste Tag and coming to appreciate Arie: (Raphael) Rollend in Schaeumenden Wellen (Allegro assai) (Walter Berry - bass, Berliner Philharmoniker con. Herbert von Karajan) more and more with every listen. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Rezitativ: (Gabriel) Und Gott sprach: Es bringe die Erde Gras hervor (Gundula Janowitz - soprano, Berliner Philharmoniker con. Herbert von Karajan) is my favorite song on Die Schoepfung. Der Erste Tag. Nice and different song. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Haydn, Franz Joseph offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Herbert von Karajan) - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Rezitativ: (Gabriel) Und Gott sprach: Es bringe das Wasser in der Fuelle hervor (Allegro) is one of the more up-tempo songs on Die Schoepfung. Der Erste Tag. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. This track is clearly meant to showcase Haydn, Franz Joseph’s vocal abilities. Best song on the album, love it. I came to like Terzett: (Gabriel, Uriel, Raphael) In holder Anmut stehn (Moderato). Chor mit Soli: (Gabriel, Uriel, Raphael) Der Herr ist gross in seiner Macht (Vivace) is probably one of Haydn, Franz Joseph’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Rezitativ: (Raphael) Und Gott sprach: Es bringe die Erde hervor lebende Geschopfe is one of the best records ever. Rezitativ: (Raphael) Gleich oeffnet sich der Erde Schoss (Presto - Andante - Adagio) the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. Arie: (Raphael) Nun scheint in vollem Glanze der Himmel (Maestoso) is the albums biggest surprise. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Die Schoepfung. Der Erste Tag. Haydn, Franz Joseph has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. No Haydn, Franz Joseph song has come close to capturing my attention as Duett: (Adam, Eva) Holde Gattin, dir zur Seite (Adagio - Allegro) did.
