It’s natural for Iron Maiden to take a stab at ‘Invaders’ considering her long-professed love for Orkrist. While no new Iron Maiden album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1982 tour in Australia. ‘The Number Of The Beast’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Iron Maiden ever.
The Number Of The Beast (Original Version) is a very catchy tune. The Number Of The Beast is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after The Number Of The Beast have ended. Iron Maiden offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Once Remember Tomorrow (Live with Bruce Dickinson) gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. The Number Of The Beast (Live At Brixton) - Check out that bassline! Hallowed Be Thy Name (Live At Brixton) is one of my favorite songs by Iron Maiden. The Prisoner is a cool song and it grows on you. Excellent vocals and musical performances. It’s a great pleasure to listen to The Number Of The Beast from the beginning to the end. Run To The Hills - I like this one. As always, Iron Maiden’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Hallowed Be Thy Name is a bit different from Iron Maiden stereotypical stuff.
