Blues for Fred/They All Laughed is one of the best records ever. Night and Day is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Here’s That Rainy Day one is one of the better boring ones. Have You Met Miss Jones? is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Passanova gives good insight into the truths. Sultry is a fine track on any terms. Indian Summer is just simply stunning. Lush Life - A classic Joe Pass track. Weaselocity rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Music and lyrics of Giant Steps creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. Misty is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. Blues for Basie very upbeat. You have to get essence of the Star Eyes’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. Joe Pass must have run out of lyrics on the next track Blues for Angel. Song for Ellen is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. This is one hell of a track.
