It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Karlheinz Stockhausen energies, virtually a rebirth. Stimmung isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. There is so much to love about Karlheinz Stockhausen, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Stimmung touched my soul like nothing else.
I loved Fortsetzung the first time I heard it.
