Self-described as Jazz: Post-Bop with lots of words, Keith Jarrett comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. After seeing Heyoke, I had to have a good Keith Jarrett cd. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Keith Jarrett energies, virtually a rebirth. IT makes me wanna dance!
Voice of Keith Jarrett in Smatter is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Gnu Suite is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit.
