This album has some very good songs like Tiger Rag and When I Grow Too Old To Dream. IF YOU LIKE ALL Louis Armstrong’S SONG GO FOR IT! While no new Louis Armstrong album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1968 tour in Africa. IT makes me wanna dance!
Louis Armstrong rocks harder than ever with When I Grow Too Old To Dream. Voice of Louis Armstrong in Perdido is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. In On The Alamo full palet of sound is used by Louis Armstrong to accentuate the presentation. You can find feelings on this piece of art. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Can’t Help Lovin’ Dat Man. Volare - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Cocktails For Two was the first single release from the album When The Saints Go Marching In. Stompin’ At The Savoy is marvelous song though, very addictive. I was truly moved when I heard I Left My Heart In San Francisco. Bill Bailey, Won’t You Please Come Home pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think When The Saints Go Marching In is my favorite song on When The Saints Go Marching In. This song stands out greatly from the others. Mack The Knife which is my favorite is a truly Louis Armstrong sounding song. Muskrat Ramble is another strong production from Louis Armstrong. Blueberry Hill hits the heart. That’s My Desire is one of my favorite songs by Louis Armstrong. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in When The Saints Go Marching In. When It’s Sleepy Time Down South has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. A Kiss To Build A Dream On is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. St. James Infirmary is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Indiana - a classic song.
