After seeing De par en par, I had to have a good Luis Eduardo Aute cd. Since Luis Eduardo Aute last CD (De par en par) on Capitol Records back in 1979, I have felt a massive void in my life. I am not a real Latin music type of person, but i have to admit ‘De par en par’ really is amazing. One of Luis Eduardo Aute’s best albums yet.
Elijo la locura (aleluya nm. 4) (4:33) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Humo sobre humo gets you up and jumping. After about the third De noche todo el da listen through, I began to believe this song is Luis Eduardo Aute’s essence. Luis Eduardo Aute allows each song to breathe and flourish. The song feels complete. I came to like Un corazn. What sets Sigo a la mar apart is Luis Eduardo Aute’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Todo por sentir is a striking and quite long song. In A vivir full palet of sound is used by Luis Eduardo Aute to accentuate the presentation.
