I am not a real Country music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Wow-Grape Jam’ really is amazing. Moby Grape was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Moby Grape and Wow-Grape Jam together. Bun B. Hear has compared writing for Moby Grape’s new album to that on ‘Wow-Grape Jam’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Moby Grape is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Moby Grape allows each song to breathe and flourish. Bitter Wind gives taste of what makes Moby Grape special as a musician. Can’t Be So Bad is simply astounding. Moby Grape breathes new life into the music in He. In Motorcycle Irene full palet of sound is used by Moby Grape to accentuate the presentation. Three-Four is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Rose Colored Eyes is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Naked If I Want To is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Never is really the reason why I recommend buying Wow-Grape Jam. A great put together song. Black Currant Jam rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Moby Grape.
