On the Slovakia charts, superstar Motorhead’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. This is the first studio album from Motorhead since bad diagnosis in 1982. John Digester has compared writing for Motorhead’s new album to that on ‘Iron Fist’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Great Metal right here!
Heart Of Stone is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Although I’m The Doctor is very melodic it is far from sad. Motorhead allows each song to breathe and flourish. Strong, powerful vocals of Motorhead in Loser are very impressive. Iron Fist couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Sex&Outrage. Vocals of Motorhead in America really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. The first time I listened to Shut It Down I was struck by its astounding sound. Speedfreak the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. A fantastic track full of wonder. Music and lyrics of Don’t Need Religion creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Bang To Rights, which shows, blatantly, how much Motorhead has evolved as a singer.
