This fifteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Ultravox has. I am not a real Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘The Collection’ really is amazing. Ultravox’s debut, ‘The Collection’, does not fit easily into one genre. This is one of Ultravox best albums
I came to like Hymn (The Power and The Glory). In The Thin Wall the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. The Voice is another favourite of mine. Vienna is a bit different from Ultravox stereotypical stuff. Passing Strangers is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. The sound of Sleepwalk is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Some of the arrangements found on The Collection are surprisingly edgy. Ultravox is hitting on all cylinders in All Stood Still. Visions In Blue - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Ultravox. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. One Small Day is simple, dignified and effective, Ultravox refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Lament is a striking and quite long song.

The Honey Drippers was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from The Honey Drippers and The Honeydrippers, Vol. 1 together. Now signed to The Honey Drippers’s Sparrow Records, the title track from second album “The Honeydrippers, Vol. 1″ leads The Honey Drippers’s back-to-school campaign. The Honey Drippers’s debut, ‘The Honeydrippers, Vol. 1′, does not fit easily into one genre. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about The Honey Drippers ever.
Lyrics of Sea Of Love are precise and evocative. I believe I Got A Woman is one of the most perfect, heartfelt songs ever written. Young Boy Blues is a very catchy tune. Rockin’ At Midnight - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites.

Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Molly Hatchet on ‘Satisfied Man’. The Deed Is Done isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. While no new Molly Hatchet album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1984 tour in North America. The Deed Is Done touched my soul like nothing else.
In Backstabber it becomes nowhere more obvious that Molly Hatchet has yet to define own style. She Does She Does is marvelous song though, very addictive. Intro Piece gives taste of what makes Molly Hatchet special as a musician. Stone In Your Heart I just LOVE this mix! Molly Hatchet allows each song to breathe and flourish. Good Smoke and Whiskey - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Molly Hatchet has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Straight Shooter, which shows, blatantly, how much Molly Hatchet has evolved as a singer. Song For The Children marked the continuation of Molly Hatchet in style evolution.

I am not a real Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Live 1984′ really is amazing. fifteen years ago, Mercyful Fate briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Black Masses”. Mercyful Fate’s debut, ‘Live 1984′, does not fit easily into one genre. Live 1984 touched my soul like nothing else.
Mercyful Fate emotions are reflected through Black Masses. Curse Of The Pharaoes is a bit different from Mercyful Fate stereotypical stuff. Once you hear Evil, you will listen to it over and over. Gypsy / Into The Coven is one of my favorite songs by Mercyful Fate. Into The Coven - Check out that bassline! Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. Return Of The Vampire is another strong production from Mercyful Fate. Doomed By The Living Dead is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Mercyful Fate is one of artists that allow his songs like Black Masses to stand on their own and be heard. Best song on the album, love it. Evil - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites.

Styx has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. I like the idea behind Don’t Let It End. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Heavy Metal Poisoning has a fun tempo. Just Get Through This Night is perfect. Double Life still maintains something of a specific flourish. Haven’t We Been Here Before gives taste of what makes Styx special as a musician. Don’t Let It End (Reprise) presents the amazing mix of instruments on Mr. Roboto.

On Live In The Trojan Horse album, The Sisters Of Mercy have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. On the Canada charts, superstar The Sisters Of Mercy’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. I am not a real Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Live In The Trojan Horse’ really is amazing. The Sisters Of Mercy “Live In The Trojan Horse” is an amazing album.
Heartland had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Body and Soul is the funkiest number on the album. Anaconda is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. In Walk Away it becomes nowhere more obvious that The Sisters Of Mercy has yet to define own style. In Emma The Sisters Of Mercy spins a tale you want to hear to the end. Floorshow is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Body Electric hits the heart. Gimme Shelter is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Sister Ray is perfect work of The Sisters Of Mercy.

My Favourite motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Been Along So Long is a good listen every once in a while. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. Music in Again is marvelous as in all tracks of The Love Songs. First time I heard If I Could was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Within the first few notes of Vision it’s perfectly clear that Peter Hammill is living this song. Don’t Tell Me is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. When listening to The Birds, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Pantera’s debut, ‘Projects In The Jungle’, does not fit easily into one genre. Now signed to Pantera’s ForeFront Records, the title track from second album “Projects In The Jungle” leads Pantera’s back-to-school campaign. It has been six years Pantera’ last studio CD, “Projects In The Jungle” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Another great offering from Pantera.
This song stands out greatly from the others. Blue Lite Turnin’ Red catches attention immediately, Like Fire is the funkiest number on the album. In Over My Head as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. Simple and heartfelt closing track Projects In The Jungle closes Projects In The Jungle on a high note. Heavy Metal Rules is simply astounding. As always, Pantera’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. The opening track Killers is very much like you would expect from other albums. What sets Takin’ My Life apart is Pantera’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres.

No Introduction Necessary isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. This album has some very good songs like Lovin Up A Storm and Everything I Do Is Wrong. On the Andorra charts, superstar Jimmy Page’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. IT makes me wanna dance!
|titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Listening to Think It Over you can hear that Jimmy Page has still amazing chemistry with band members. Boll Weevil Song is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. A great put together song. Once you hear Down The Line, you will listen to it over and over. Fabulous is really the reason why I recommend buying No Introduction Necessary. Breathless is absolutely incredible. As always, Jimmy Page’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Lonely Weekend is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. Jimmy Page is hitting on all cylinders in Burn Up. Everyday - arguably the best track on No Introduction Necessary album.

Wasted Sunsets - Okay, I just talked about depth. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Since completing 1984’s ‘Until We Sleep’, David Gilmour fulfilled their contract with Columbia Records and where under no obligation to release another album. One of David Gilmour’s best albums yet.
Murder is a very catchy tune. I like Love On The Air because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Out Of The Blue - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of David Gilmour. Still going through About Face and coming to appreciate All Lovers Are Deranged more and more with every listen. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is You Know I-m Right because the melody in the chorus is so good. I like to sing along with Cruise, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. About Face couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Let-s Get Metaphysical. Near The End is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside.

Walk Away is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Possession is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything The Sisters Of Mercy released so far. Overall a nice softer song. King Crimson had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Model Man is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Sleepless is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Man With An Open Heart is one of my favorite songs by King Crimson. Nuages (That Which Passes, Passes Like Clouds) is simple, dignified and effective, King Crimson refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. Under Wraps #1 is a strong cut, one of many. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with European Legacy. I like the agression and power of Later, That Same Evening. Don’t judge Saboteur on the first listening. Radio Free Moscow is one of the more up-tempo songs on Under Wraps. Astronomy is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. I was truly moved when I heard Tundra. Voice of Jethro Tull in Nobody’s Car is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Overall a nice softer song. Under Wraps #2 has a fun tempo. Paparazzi - This one makes me want to not only sing along. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is La Fille Qui M’accompagne. Je Pense Encore A Toi is another strong production from Francis Cabrel. Best song on the album, love it. Chauffard one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Cabrel Public. In Question D’equilibre the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. C’etait L’hiver is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. La Fabrique can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Francis Cabrel is all about. Je L’aime A Mourir is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Elle Ecoute Pousser Les Fleurs is one of the best records ever. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Rock Me Again and Again and Again and Again and Again and Again (Six Times) - another great track from the Hysteria album. Don’t judge Louise on the first listening. The Lebanon - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. The Sign is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. So Hurt is nothing but pure genius. The sound of Life On Your Own is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Don’t You Know I Want You is such a cool and optimistic song that things can get just better.

For older fans Tropico will put a massive smile accross your face. After seeing Diamond Field, I had to have a good Pat Benatar cd. Pat Benatar had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Last Hot Album by Pat Benatar
After about the third We Belong listen through, I began to believe this song is Pat Benatar’s essence. Put Painted Desert into car stereo for your highway driving When listening to Temporary Heroes, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Love In The Ice Age is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. The Outlaw Blues is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. A unique and uplifting song. Some call A Crazy World Like This from Tropico as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Takin’ It Back is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song.

On Cal album, Mark Knopfler have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Self-described as Rock with lots of words, Mark Knopfler comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. I am not a real Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Cal’ really is amazing. Another great offering from Mark Knopfler.
The Road is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Waiting For Her. Irish Love is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: A Secret Place-Where Will You, which shows, blatantly, how much Mark Knopfler has evolved as a singer. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Meeting Under The Trees has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Mark Knopfler’s strong vocals come to the fore. Potato Picking is astounding. In A Secret Place is the first taste of the new album. Fear and Hatred - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Mark Knopfler. After you’ve listened to Love and Guilt, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. The Long Road is really the reason why I recommend buying Cal.

After seeing Prince - When Doves Cry, I had to have a good Top Billboard cd. Since Top Billboard last CD (Billboard Top 100 - 1984) on ForeFront Records back in 1984, I have felt a massive void in my life. Since completing 1984’s ‘Prince - When Doves Cry’, Top Billboard fulfilled their contract with ForeFront Records and where under no obligation to release another album. To me Top Billboard is the best band ever.
Tina Turner - What’s Love Got To Do With It is a bit different from Top Billboard stereotypical stuff. Paul McCartney & Michael Jackson - Say Say Say is the cool blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Kenny Loggins - Footloose - I like this one. Phil Collins - Against All Odds is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. In Lionel Richie - Hello it becomes nowhere more obvious that Top Billboard has yet to define own style. Yes - Owner Of A Lonely Heart is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. The sound in Ray Parker Jr - Ghostbusters is really warm and Top Billboard’s signature voice is still very much present. Culture Club - Karma Chameleon - This is a very lively song. John Waite - Missing You - For me, this is the best of the album. Lionel Richie - All Night Long actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Top Billboard’s face. The song Deniece Williams - Let’s Hear It For The Boy ending is my favorite… so catchy! Bruce Springsteen - Dancing In The Dark has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. As always, Top Billboard’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Duran Duran - The Reflex had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Cyndi Lauper - Time After Time is one of the more up-tempo songs on Billboard Top 100 - 1984. One listen to the sheer beauty of Pointer Sisters - Jump (For My Love) was all I needed. Once Romantics - Talking In Your Sleep gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. I can’t stop humming along Prince - Let’s Go Crazy. Hall & Oates - Say It Isn’t So is a excellent, simple song by Top Billboard at the top of his game. Thompson Twins - Hold Me Now is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Billboard Top 100 - 1984 have ended. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Rockwell - Somebody’s Watching Me is simply excellent. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Mathew Wilder - Break My Stride, which shows, blatantly, how much Top Billboard has evolved as a singer. This song stands out greatly from the others. Music and lyrics of Dan Hartman - I Can Dream About You creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. Sheila E - The Glamorous Life - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Steve Perry - Oh, Sherrie is outstanding work of Top Billboard. Lionel Richie - Stuck On You - Check out that bassline! This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Billboard Top 100 - 1984. Cyndi Lauper - She Bop - A catchy, upbeat tune. Madonna - Borderline is the first taste of the new album. Corey Hart - Sunglasses At Night stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Billy Idol - Eyes Without A Face. Eurythmics - Here Comes The Rain Again as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Top Billboard. Night Ranger - Sister Christian is a gorgeous song and it grows on you. Cars - Drive is really a nice song to relax and listen too. All of songs on Billboard Top 100 - 1984 and have something to say letting alone Olivia Newton-John - Twist Of Fate. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Huey Lewis & The New - The Heart Of Rock & Roll - arguably the best track on Billboard Top 100 - 1984 album. In Chicago - Hard Habit To Break full palet of sound is used by Top Billboard to accentuate the presentation. Scandal - The Warrior has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Peabo Bryson - If Ever You’re In My Arms Again is absolutely incredible. Top Billboard has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Top Billboard. Album opener Julio Iglesias & Willie Nelson - To All The Girls I’ve is a bright, upbeat ditty. Billy Ocean - Caribbean Queen catches attention immediately, Genesis - That’s All is possibly the best song Top Billboard has come up. Lionel Richie - Running With The Night is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Blew our minds when we first heard Huey Lewis & The News - I Want A New Drug. Musically Kenny Rogers & Dolly Parton - Islands In The Stream is superior to other tracks in Billboard Top 100 - 1984. Top Billboard sings Pat Benatar - Love Is A Battlefield in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Rod Stewart - Infatuation is a striking and quite long song. Mike Reno & Ann Wilson - Almost Paradise is one of these floating songs. ZZ Top - Legs is one of my favorite songs by Top Billboard. I’ve found myself listening to Jacksons & Mick Jagger - State Of Shock back to back and back many times. Rick Springfield - Love Somebody rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Still going through Billboard Top 100 - 1984 and coming to appreciate Culture Club - Miss Me Blind more and more with every listen. I listened to the opening track Huey Lewis & The News - If This Is It and liked it a lot. Cars - You Might Think one is one of the better boring ones. Madonna - Lucky Star is a medium tempo tune. Bruce Springsteen - Cover Me one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Quiet Riot - Cum On Feel The Noise is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Billboard Top 100 - 1984. Irene Cara - Breakdance was the first single release from the album Billboard Top 100 - 1984. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. This is one hell of a track. Billy Joel - An Innocent Man is a very catchy tune.

Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Camel on ‘Pressure Points’. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Camel’s album Stationary Traveller falls to No. 2 with 543,000, a sales slide of 87%. five years ago, Camel briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Refugee”. To me Camel is the best band ever.
Refugee is one of my favorite songs by Camel. Music and lyrics of Vopos creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. Cloak and Dagger Man is outstanding work of Camel. Such hits like Stationary Traveller will leave you hooked. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. I have all of Camel’s tracks and Fingertips is probably the most his introspective effort. Missing is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. After Words - For me, this is the best of the album. Long Goodbyes is beautiful, yet underrated track.

It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Roger Taylor energies, virtually a rebirth. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Roger Taylor on ‘Strange Frontier’. For older fans Strange Frontier will put a massive smile accross your face. Enjoy the show.
Once Beautiful Dreams gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Man On Fire is a amazing sing-along. I like the agression and power of Racing In The Streets. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. The first time I listened to Killing Time I was struck by its gorgeous sound. Abandonfire is beautiful, yet underrated track. Young Love is absolutely incredible. It’s An Illusion is a song to enjoy for years to come. I Cry For You (Love, Hope and Confusion) - Check out that bassline!

There is so much to love about Christian Death, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. There is no doubt that Christian Death has talent. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Christian Death on ‘Awake At The Wall’. Christian Death is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Sleepwalk is the gorgeous blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Nice and different song. The Blue Hour to me is the best you can get from Christian Death. When listening to As Evening Falls, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Androgynous Noise Hand Permeats has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Christian Death’s strong vocals come to the fore. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Electra Descending because the melody in the chorus is so good. Cervix Cough is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. This Glass House catches attention immediately, This song may be the most meaningful. The Somnolent Persuit on A Catastrophe Ballet is solid and easy to listen to. Between Youth is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Christian Death released so far. After The Rain is the album’s biggest hit, I think.

I am not a real Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Rehearsal’ really is amazing. Rehearsal isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. On the Mexico charts, superstar Tormentor’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Rehearsal constantly brilliant.
Messages From Burning Hell is a striking and quite long song.

Queensryche was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Queensryche and The Warning together. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Queensryche energies, virtually a rebirth. This ten-song debut EP shows the promise that Queensryche has. The Warning touched my soul like nothing else.
Opening track En Force shows the best of Queensryche. Deliverance I just LOVE this mix! Queensryche has astounded me with this amazing track. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. What sets Take Hold Of The Flame apart is Queensryche’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. This song stands out greatly from the others. Roads To Madness (9:41) a good melody.

This nine-song debut EP shows the promise that The Alan Parsons Project has. Ivan Grach has compared writing for The Alan Parsons Project’s new album to that on ‘Vulture Culture’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. There is so much to love about The Alan Parsons Project, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This album is awesome.
Separate Lives is probably the most interesting track on Vulture Culture. Days Are Numbers (The Traveler) is beautiful, yet underrated track. Sooner Or Later - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. You can find feelings on this piece of art. The song feels complete. In Somebody Out There the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. The Same Old Sun can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what The Alan Parsons Project is all about.

Stanley Donwood has compared writing for The Alan Parsons Project’s new album to that on ‘Ammonia Avenue’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. There is no doubt that The Alan Parsons Project has talent. Since completing 1984’s ‘Prime Time’, The Alan Parsons Project fulfilled their contract with Savoy Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Ammonia Avenue is the best essence of The Alan Parsons Project.
Let Me Go Home is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Put One Good Reason into car stereo for your highway driving Since The Last Goodbye is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. Don’t Answer Me had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Dancing on a Highwire is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. You Don’t Believe is another strong production from The Alan Parsons Project. Pipeline (Instrumental) is the more seemingly obscure song on Ammonia Avenue that bear up best to repeated listening. I like Ammonia Avenue because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming.

After debuting at No. 1 last week, David Sylvian’s album Brilliant Trees - Words With T falls to No. 2 with 144,000, a sales slide of 87%. I am not a real Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Brilliant Trees - Words With T’ really is amazing. For older fans Brilliant Trees - Words With T will put a massive smile accross your face. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
This song is dynamic and dramatic. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. Some of the arrangements found on Brilliant Trees - Words With T are surprisingly edgy. Weathered Wall is so unique, as each one of the songs is. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Back Waters. Brilliant Trees is a medium tempo tune. Pt. 1 Ancient Evening had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Pt. 2 Incantation still maintains something of a specific flourish. Pt. 3 Awakening (Songs From Th…) is the first taste of the new album.

On The Catch album, Nazareth have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. The Catch is an amazing album, racked with beauty. Now signed to Nazareth’s EMI Records, the title track from second album “The Catch” leads Nazareth’s back-to-school campaign. Exciting stuff.
Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Last Exit Brooklyn - arguably the best track on The Catch album. No Nazareth song has come close to capturing my attention as Moondance did. After you’ve listened to Love Of Freedom, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Nice and different song. You Don’t Believe In Us is a excellent song and it grows on you. Sweetheart Tree - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. Do You Think About It (EP Single B-Side) - Check out that bassline!

On Exorcising Ghosts album, JAPAN have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. On the USA charts, superstar JAPAN’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. This is one of the best Cd’s JAPAN has dropped to date. Such great and happy songs.
Voice and instruments in The Art of Parties complement each other. Life Without Buildings very upbeat. Ghosts is a great opener for Exorcising Ghosts. Lyrics of Visions of China are precise and evocative. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: My New Career, which shows, blatantly, how much JAPAN has evolved as a singer. The Other Side of Life as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. JAPAN must have run out of lyrics on the next track Night Porter. Gentlemen Take Polaroids make listening to JAPAN like being in some sort of time warp. In Quiet Life you won’t find any flashy solos. Methods of Dance is a very catchy tune.

Carmen which is my favorite is a truly Matia Bazar sounding song. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Milady is a bit different from Matia Bazar stereotypical stuff. In Aristocratica you won’t find any flashy solos. I like the idea behind Mosca Helzapoppin. Logica Attenuante is pretty funky and mellow. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Luci Al Neon.
