This is the first studio album from Pete Bardens since bad diagnosis in 1979. I am not a real New Age music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Heart To Heart’ really is amazing. After seeing Julia, I had to have a good Pete Bardens cd. This album is a scorcher!
Doing The Crab - Okay, I just talked about depth. What sets Slipstream apart is Pete Bardens’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Raining All Over The World has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. All of songs on Heart To Heart and have something to say letting alone Jinxed. Once After Dark gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. The sound in Slow Motion is really warm and Pete Bardens’s signature voice is still very much present. Tune For Des is really the reason why I recommend buying Heart To Heart. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing.
