There is so much to love about Philip Glass, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This is the first studio album from Philip Glass since bad diagnosis in 1983. Koyannisqatsi carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Philip Glass “Koyannisqatsi” is an amazing album.
Vessels is a very catchy tune. In Cloudscape the music gets its power. Pruit Igoe defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Prophecies (8:11) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs.
