Stanley Donwood has compared writing for Rainer Bloss’s new album to that on ‘Traum-Toters Knecht’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Traum-Toters Knecht constantly brilliant.
Traume-Viren is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Listening to Das Gewissen you can hear that Rainer Bloss has still amazing chemistry with band members. Traum Fur Lisa Mensch-Kind is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Fieg - Seele - Fieg is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Der Kanaille is a bit different from Rainer Bloss stereotypical stuff. Wer Rib Die Vogel motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Wenn Knechte Traumen is gorgeous and different song. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Rainer Bloss.
