There is so much to love about R.E.M., starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This -song debut EP shows the promise that R.E.M. has. Murmur carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Great Alternative right here!
Overall a nice softer song. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. Talk about the Passion - A catchy, upbeat tune. Moral Kiosk - another great track from the Murmur album. Perfect Circle is outstanding work of R.E.M.. After few listenings I started to like Catapult more and more. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Sitting Still from the beginning to the end. 9-9 (3:02) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Shaking Through is a perfect, simple song by R.E.M. at the top of his game. We Walk - arguably the best track on Murmur album. In West of the Fields you won’t find any flashy solos. There She Goes Again I just LOVE this mix! It took me a little time but I ended up loving 9-9 (Live 20Apr84). Gardening at Night (Live 20Apr84) is a exquisite song and it grows on you. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song.
