It has been fifteen years Saint-Preux’ last studio CD, “Le Piano Sous La Mer” which won Array Emmy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Since completing 1974’s ‘Le Depart’, Saint-Preux fulfilled their contract with ForeFront Records and where under no obligation to release another album. There is no doubt that Saint-Preux has talent. Le Piano Sous La Mer is not something you should pass up.
If you are a Saint-Preux fan, you will love Le Voyage. L’appel De La Sirene is a very catchy tune. First time I heard La Tempete was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.A unique and uplifting song. Le Piano Sous La Mer 1 is such a astounding and optimistic song that things can get just better. Blew our minds when we first heard Le Piano Sous La Mer 2. I believe Le Concert Sous-Marin is one of the most gorgeous, heartfelt songs ever written. La Rencontre rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. L’ivresse Des Profondeurs is the gorgeous blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Le Gouffre Amer one is one of the better boring ones. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think L’abime is my favorite song on Le Piano Sous La Mer.
