While no new Saragossa Band album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1981 tour in North America. It’s natural for Saragossa Band to take a stab at ‘Agadou’ considering her long-professed love for KLF. Agadou isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Last Hot Album by Saragossa Band
Malaika which is my favorite is a truly Saragossa Band sounding song. I can’t stop playing Big Bamboo (Ay, Ay, Ay). Surabaya is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. When I listen to Ginger Red in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. Saragossa Band has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Holiday Nights hits the heart. Overall a nice softer song. Pas Pleurer (Please, No More Crying) is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Agadou. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Samba Ole , Rumba Ok from the beginning to the end.
