This album has some very good songs like This can’t be love and Time after time. ‘Afternoon in Paris’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Self-described as Jazz with lots of words, Stephane Grappelli comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Great Jazz right here!
Time after time is possibly the best song Stephane Grappelli has come up. Undecided marked the continuation of Stephane Grappelli in style evolution. As always, Stephane Grappelli’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Stephane Grappelli offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Chicago is probably the highlight of the album. When I listen to Manoir De Mes Reves/Daphne in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. Within the first few notes of Misty it’s perfectly clear that Stephane Grappelli is living this song. Afternoon in Paris - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Stephane Grappelli. The first time I listened to Autumn Leaves I was struck by its amazing sound.
