For older fans Flashpoint will put a massive smile accross your face. Tangerine Dream’s debut, ‘Flashpoint’, does not fit easily into one genre. Flashpoint carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Tangerine Dream ever.
Afternoon in the Desert - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Plane Ride is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. A great put together song. Lost in the Dunes without a doubt is the standout song of Flashpoint. Opening track Highway Patrol shows the best of Tangerine Dream. Nice and different song. Mad Cap Story - Okay, I just talked about depth. Dirty Cross Roads - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly.
