I am not a real Celtic music type of person, but i have to admit ‘At the Front’ really is amazing. For older fans At the Front will put a massive smile accross your face. There were many famous songs of The Battlefield Band available. This album is in perfect progression from The Battlefield Band!
Lady Carmichael, South of the Grampians, Mickie Ainsworth one is one of the better boring ones. The Bachelor is the funkiest number on the album. Ge Do Theid Mi Do M’leabiadh is a bit of a show-tune. Music of The Battle of Harlaw is gentle, never overbearing. Jenny Nettles-the Grays of Tongside gives taste of what makes The Battlefield Band special as a musician. I now have Tae the Beggin’ as one of my personal favorites. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. A great put together song. I can’t stop playing The Brown Milkmaid-Dunnottar C. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Stirling Castle-Earl of Mansfield, which shows, blatantly, how much The Battlefield Band has evolved as a singer. The Tamosher - I just love it.
