On the Bulgaria charts, superstar Tower Of Power’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. I am not a real R&B: Soul music type of person, but i have to admit ‘East Bay Grease’ really is amazing. This is the first studio album from Tower Of Power since bad diagnosis in 1970. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Social Lubrication - My least favorite song on this album. The Price is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Tower Of Power released so far. Back On The Streets Again (5:52) a good melody. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Tower Of Power rocks harder than ever with Sparkling In The Sand.
