I am not a real Classical music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Siegfried’ really is amazing. When you buy a Wagner, Richard album, you know exactly what you’re getting! It’s natural for Wagner, Richard to take a stab at ‘Act I: Vorspiel (Mime, Siegfried)’ considering her long-professed love for Babylon Zoo. I Love Siegfried from start to finish!
Act I.Scene 1: Zwangvolle Plage! Mueh Ohne Zweck! (Mime, Siegfried) is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Act I.Scene 1: Nun Tobst Du Wieder Wie Toll (Siegfried, Mime) - A nice song. Act I.Scene 1: Vieles Lehrtest Du, Mime (Siegfried, Mime) is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Wagner, Richard sings his heart out in Act I.Scene 1: Wo Hast Du Nun, Mime, Dein Minniges Weibchen (Siegfried, Mime). Act I.Scene 1: So Starb Meine Mutter An Mir? (Siegfried, Mime) has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Wagner, Richard’s strong vocals come to the fore. Act I.Scene 1: Das Gab Mir Deine Mutter (Mime, Siegfried) can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Wagner, Richard is all about. The song feels complete. I have all of Wagner, Richard’s tracks and Act I.Scene 2: Hier Sitz’ich Am Herd (Der Wanderer, Mime) is probably the most his introspective effort. Act I.Scene 2: Viel, Wanderer, Weisst Du Mir (Mime, Der Wanderer) (3:58) - awsome. The opening track Act I.Scene 2: Was Zu Wissen Dir Frommt, Solltest Du Fragen (Der Wanderer, Mime) is very much like you would expect from other albums. Siegfried couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Act I.Scene 2: Notung Heisst Ein Neidliches Schwert (Mime, Der Wanderer). Wagner, Richard sings Act I.Scene 3: Nach Eitlen Fernen Forschtest Du (Der Wanderer) in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Wagner, Richard offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Wagner, Richard allows each song to breathe and flourish. Act I.Scene 3: Her Mit Den Stuecken, Fort Mit Dem Stuemper! (Siegfried, Mime) is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. First time I heard Act I.Scene 3: Notung! Notung! Neidliches Schwert! (Siegfried, Mime) was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Act I.Scene 3: Hoho! Hoho! Hohei! Hohei! (Siegfried, Mime) motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Act I.Scene 3: Den Der Bruder Schulf, Den Schimmernden Reif! (Mime, Siegfried) one is one of the better boring ones. Act Ii: Vorspiel (Orchester) is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Act Ii. Scene 1: In Wald Und Nacht Vor Neidhoehl’halt’ich Wacht (Alberich, Der Wanderer) - My least favorite song on this album. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Act Ii. Scene 1: Fafner, Fafner! Erwache Wurm (Der Wanderer, Alberich, Fafner) is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Wagner, Richard released so far. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. I now have Act Ii. Scene 2: Wir Sind Zur Stelle! Bleib Hier Stehn! (Mime, Siegfried) as one of my personal favorites. I love the melodic melody of Act Ii. Scene 2: He, Du Alter! Ist Das Alles (Siegfried, Mime) and to this day it makes me feel good. Act Ii. Scene 2: Dass Der Mein Vater Nicht Ist (Siegfrid) is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. Act Ii. Scene 2: Aber, Wie Sah Meine Mutterwohl Aus? (Siegfrid) - a classic song. Act Ii. Scene 2: Du Holdes Voeglein! Dich Hoert’ich Noch Nie (Siegfrid) is a medium tempo tune. Song Act Ii. Scene 2: Es Schweigt Und Lauscht (Siegfrid) is actually a funny song. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Wagner, Richard. Act Ii. Scene 2: Haha! Da Haette Mein Lied Mir Was Liebes Erblasen! (Siegfrid, Fafner) is the album’s biggest hit, I think. This song stands out greatly from the others. Act Ii. Scene 2: Zur Kunde Taugt Kein Toter (Siegfried, Stimme Des Waldvoldgels) is perfect and different song. Act Ii. Scene 3: Wohin Schleichst Du So Eilig Und Schlau (Alberich, Mime) is excellent song though, very addictive. Act Ii. Scene 3: Willkommen, Siegfried! (Mime, Siegfried) is a good listen every once in a while. Still going through Siegfried and coming to appreciate Act Ii. Scene 3: Das Sagt’ich Doch Nicht? (Mime, Siegfried) more and more with every listen. Act Ii. Scene 3: Neides Zoll Zahlt Notung (Siegfried) is the first taste of the new album. Act Ii. Scene 3: Hei! Siegfried Erschlug Nun Den Schlimmen Zwerg! (Stimme Des Waldvoldgels) is nothing but pure genius. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. Act Iii. Scene 1: Stark Ruft Das Lied (Erda, Der Wanderer) is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Act Iii. Scene 1: Dir Unweisen Ruf’ich Ins Ohr (Der Wanderer) is another strong production from Wagner, Richard. Act Iii. Scene 2: Dort Seh’ich Sieffried Nahn (Der Wanderer) - Okay, I just talked about depth. Act Iii. Scene 2: Mein Voeglein Schwebte Mir Fort! (Siegfried, Der Wanderer) has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Some of the arrangements found on Siegfried are surprisingly edgy. Act Iii. Scene 2: Orchesterzwischenspiel is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Act Iii. Scene 3: Einleitung (Orchester) - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Only one song from Siegfried named Act Iii. Scene 3: Selige Oede Auf Sonniger Hoeh’! (Siegfried) really got me. Act Iii. Scene 3: Das Ist Kein Mann (Siegfried) is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Act Iii. Scene 3: Heil Dir, Sonne! Heil Dir, Licht (Bruennhilde, Siegfried) marked the continuation of Wagner, Richard in style evolution. Act Iii. Scene 3: O Siegfried! Siegfried! Seliger Held! (Bruennhilde, Siegfried) on Siegfried is solid and easy to listen to. Act Iii. Scene 3: Dort Seh’ich Grane, Mein Selig Ross (Bruennhilde, Siegfried) is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Act Iii. Scene 3: Ewig War Ich, Ewig Bin Ich (Bruennhilde, Siegfried) is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Wagner, Richard ever produced.
