After debuting at No. 1 last week, Witchfynde’s album Anthems falls to No. 2 with 365,000, a sales slide of 66%. It’s natural for Witchfynde to take a stab at ‘Cloak and Dagger’ considering her long-professed love for UB40. There is so much to love about Witchfynde, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Cloak and Dagger and I’d Rather Go Wild is really good.
I’d Rather Go Wild is a bit of a show-tune. In Moon Magic you won’t find any flashy solos. Give ‘em Hell (4:30) - Oh, this is one of my favorites!
