After seeing Daily Disco, I had to have a good Yello cd. This eleven-song debut EP shows the promise that Yello has. IF YOU LIKE ALL Yello’S SONG GO FOR IT! Exciting stuff.
It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. The sound in Take It All is really warm and Yello’s signature voice is still very much present. Yello has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. She’s Got A Gun (3:44) a good melody. In Ballet Mecanique the music gets its power. Cuad El Habib - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. The Lorry is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. I believe Homer Hossa is one of the most exquisite, heartfelt songs ever written. Yello sings his heart out in Pinball Cha Cha.
