This disc has all of the essential ZECCHINO D ORO classics. There is so much to love about ZECCHINO D ORO, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of ZECCHINO D ORO on ‘44 Gatti’. This album is awesome.
Abracadabra rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Il topo zorro - For me, this is the best of the album. ZECCHINO D ORO emotions are reflected through Il torero camomillo. Il walzer del moscerino is so unique, as each one of the songs is. I was truly moved when I heard Il semaforo. This song stands out greatly from the others. Se fossi Leonardo is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. When listening to Sitting Bull, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Tinta e ghiri can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what ZECCHINO D ORO is all about. Tre guerrieri indiani is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Coriolano l Allegro Caimano is one of these floating songs.
