After seeing Civa civetta, I had to have a good ZECCHINO D ORO cd. This album has some very good songs like Civa civetta and Il Barone sbadiglione. 17 Zecchino D’ Oro carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. To me ZECCHINO D ORO is the best band ever.
It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Il vigile in gonnella is a good listen every once in a while. ZECCHINO D ORO has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. L angioletto in blue jeans is really the reason why I recommend buying 17 Zecchino D’ Oro. La banda del cortile have really caught my ear and imagination. When listening to La figlia del re di Castiglia, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Such hits like La mongolfiera con il golf will leave you hooked. La vera storia del salice piangente is almost impossible to review. This track is clearly meant to showcase ZECCHINO D ORO’s vocal abilities. Riaccattatt is the albums biggest surprise. I like to sing along with Viva l albero della cuccagna, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes.
