ZZ Top’s debut, ‘Fandango’, does not fit easily into one genre. Now signed to ZZ Top’s Virgin Records, the title track from second album “Fandango” leads ZZ Top’s back-to-school campaign. ‘Fandango’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is Jailhouse Rock
I can’t stop humming along Jailhouse Rock. Backdoor Medley is probably the highlight of the album. Nasty Dogs and Funky Kings - Check out that bassline! I can’t stop playing Blue Jean Blues. Balinese - This one is lively and fun. Mexican Blackbird is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Heard It On The X is astounding. Tush - Okay, I just talked about depth.
